1. About Our Services

Catherine provides a range of spiritual and intuitive services, which may include tarot readings, Angel Card readings, mediumship, spiritual linking, Akashic reading, intuitive guidance and other spiritual services.

All services are provided for entertainment, personal insight and spiritual guidance purposes only.

Spiritual readings are interpretive in nature and are based on the practitioner’s interpretation, intuition and the information or impressions experienced during the session. They should not be regarded as certain predictions or statements of fact.

2. No Guarantees

Spiritual readings are not guaranteed to be accurate, and no particular outcome, prediction, result or future event is guaranteed.

Nothing discussed during a reading should be considered to be 100% certain or permanently fixed. Circumstances and personal choices can change, and different people may interpret or experience spiritual guidance differently.

You are responsible for deciding how you interpret and use any information provided during a session.

3. Professional Advice

Our services are not a replacement for professional advice, diagnosis, treatment or support.

Information provided during a spiritual reading should not be relied upon as:

• Medical or healthcare advice

• Mental health or psychological advice

• Legal advice

• Financial or investment advice

• Business or professional advice

• Pregnancy-related advice

Catherine does not provide professional medical, health, financial, legal or psychological advice.

If you require advice regarding such advice  you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

You should not stop, delay, change or disregard any medical treatment, medication, professional advice or other support based on information received during a spiritual reading.

4. Personal Responsibility

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, choices and actions.

Any information provided during a reading is offered for entertainment, personal insight and spiritual guidance only.

You remain responsible for determining whether or how you act upon anything discussed during your session.

Catherine cannot accept responsibility for decisions, actions or consequences arising from a client's interpretation or use of information provided during a spiritual service.

5. Age Requirement

All clients must be 18 years of age or over at the time of booking.

By making a booking, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

Catherine respects the privacy of clients.

Information shared during a session will be treated as confidential and will not ordinarily be disclosed to third parties without your consent, unless disclosure is required by law or there is another lawful basis for doing so.

Clients are also expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of Catherine and any personal information shared during a session.

7. Bookings

When you make a booking, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

Please ensure that you provide the correct contact details and attend your appointment at the agreed date and time.

If you are unable to attend, you should contact Catherine as soon as possible.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or requests to reschedule an appointment.

Where you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, you may be entitled to a full refund, subject to the booking terms applicable to your service.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be non-refundable.

Where possible, Catherine may offer an alternative appointment when sufficient notice is provided.

9. Refund Policy

Once a reading or other service has been provided, or once a session has started, payment will generally be non-refundable, subject to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment and a refund is applicable, the refund will normally be processed within 7 days.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not qualify for a refund.

If you do not attend your appointment without providing the required notice, the appointment may be treated as a missed appointment and may be non-refundable.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or restrict any rights you have under UK consumer law which cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

10. Client Behaviour

Catherine is committed to providing a respectful, safe and supportive environment for clients.

Clients are expected to treat Catherine with courtesy and respect.

Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, intimidating, harassing or otherwise inappropriate behaviour will not be accepted.

Catherine reserves the right to end a session or decline future bookings where a client's behaviour is considered inappropriate or creates an unsafe or unsuitable environment.

11. Nature of Spiritual Readings

Card reading mediumship, spiritual linking and intuitive readings are matters of personal interpretation and spiritual belief.

Different practitioners and clients may interpret spiritual experiences differently.

All readings are provided for entertainment, personal insight and guidance purposes only and are not presented as scientifically verified or guaranteed information.

12. Responsibility for Decisions

You understand that you remain responsible for your own life choices and decisions.

A spiritual reading should not be used as the sole basis for making significant decisions relating to your health, finances, relationships, legal matters, pregnancy, employment, business or other important areas of your life.

Where a matter requires specialist or professional advice, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

13. Acceptance of These Terms

By booking or participating in a service provided by Catherine, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to them.

These terms are intended to provide clarity and to help protect both Catherine and her clients while creating a respectful and supportive environment.

14. Changes to These Terms

Catherine may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The terms applicable to your booking will normally be the terms in force at the time you make your booking, subject to any rights you may have under applicable UK law.
